課程規劃
考量參訓對象為金融從業人員,規劃以「Fintech趨勢與發展」及「新冠疫情與產業發展新契機」兩大議題為主軸,探討兩者對金融業的重大影響。
首日課程內容著重於金融科技,由於近年金融技術及服務不斷創新,許多先進技術已成為金融業當今主流,課堂中將針對其帶來之影響及未來趨勢進行探討。第二天以新冠疫情為主題,探討其對企業之衝擊,課間將透過時事新聞案例了解企業如何面對疫情帶來的衝擊、化危機為轉機,並帶領學員發揮創意,討論及分享後疫情時代的創新及發展。希望藉由兩日的分組討論及教學,加強外語思考與溝通,並與同業互相交流、學習。流程表如下:
