Mark Attard
Executive Director and Global Head of the NBFI segment for Coin Systems, Onyx by J.P. Morgan
Based in Singapore, Mark Attard is an Executive Director and Global Head of the NBFI segment for Coin Systems, Onyx by J.P. Morgan. Mark is focused on innovating and revolutionizing the payments landscape through developing distributed ledger technology based solutions, value movement by leveraging JPM Coin product for atomic settlements and using smart contracts to conduct programmable payments. Mark was instrumental in establishing Partior, an independent company, which is the first blockchain based multi-currency and multi-bank offering. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Mark was the Programme Manager, leading the digital transformation in Corporate & Institutional Banking at Standard Chartered based in Singapore. Mark has extensive experience in the financial industry having worked across a number of front office and risk roles in Wealth Management and Corporate & Institutional Banking in London U.K and Melbourne Australia. Mark has a post graduate degree in Applied Finance and Investment from Kaplan Business School and his professional accreditations include Agile practices, Prince 2 programme management and Human Centric Design.
Caden Lee

Caden Lee is a Sales and Business Development Manager based in Singapore, covering Australian & New Zealand, and Singapore Buyside clients. Caden is also leading the sales effort in Eurex to promote cryptocurrency derivatives in Asia Pacific.
Caden began his career at Eurex in 2019 as a sales business analyst, and supported key initiatives such as Eurex Trading Hours Extension. He also supported Eurex’s cryptocurrency working group at the early phase in 2018 when he was an intern with the company, researching on cryptocurrency use cases and early stages of DeFi.
Caden is also active in digital transformation and emerging technology topics in Deutsche Boerse Group. He was part of the ada Fellowship, an exclusive future-skills program for key employees of leading companies and the federal ministries in Germany, where he engaged in topics such as Artificial intelligence and machine learning, Blockchain, and Quantum computing.
To further develop his knowledge in digital assets ecosystem, he earned certificates in Cryptocurrencies and Decentralized Finance issued by Singapore Management University.
Caden holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. He is also accepted into Singapore Management University’s MSc Quantitative Finance program which will commence in August 2022.
