( Pair performance:Meeting, greeting, and handshakes done with certain participants acting as returning foreign clients)
2. Keep Returning Customers Happy
● Articulation skills to be welcoming and friendly
● Using words with positive tones
● Business etiquette and professionalism
(Group performance:Multiple people per group engaging in conversations must begin in small talk while remembering old details)
3. Cultural Sensitivity

8/8-Internal Negotiation (Day 2)
1. Internal Negotiation Logistics
● Know which coworker or superior you are negotiating with
● Understand your leverage
● Knowing expectations of both sides
(Pair performance:Try negotiating with a partner that works in the same department using language learned)
2. Starting Positions
● Language for negotiation preparation
● Identify areas of compromise
● How internal negotiations are different
(Group performance:Multiple people per group engaging in a negotiation about budgets)
3. Points of View (part1)
● Making suggestions
● Making proposals
(Pair work:Try giving suggestions to each other using language with higher success rates)

8/15-Internal Negotiation&Email Writing (Day 3)
1. Points of View (Part 2)
● Rejecting proposals
● Making compromises
● Navigate difficult negotiation with coworkers or superiors
(Pair performance:Rejecting and compromising on a difficult project using proper language)
2. Q&A and Closing
● Asking key questions
● Finalizing the international negotiation
(Group performance:Conduct a large negotiation that requires usage of all negotiation language)
3. Email Writing
● Effective email structure and arrangement
● Constructing final negotiation summary in an email
(Pair work:Create an email based on the negotiation group performance)
